Can design touch someone's heart?

Stefan Sagmeister asked me "Can design touch someone's heart?"

So I chose Justin, a guy who works in a little plant shop in Bushwick, Brooklyn and created this postcard together with my talented friend and illustrator Anne Thürnau. And what can I say, his reaction was so emotional that I can definitely answer Stefans question with a "Yes! <3".
